Q: Iphone5s stucking

My iphone 5S stuck on slide to upgrade

when i tried to connect to itune through my laptop itune coudnot detect my iphone keeping asking for passcode even i type the passcode the iphone still dead

pls help

    Hi there Aicha80,

     

    It sounds like you are stuck at a screen that says Slide to upgrade and you can't restore because iTunes tells you to enter the passcode. You will have to force restart the device to get it going again, and this article which is about that very issue will help you get your phone working again:

     

     If your iOS 9 device is stuck on Slide to Upgrade

    If you already updated to iOS 9

    You’ll need to update to iOS 9.0.1:

    1. Connect your iOS device to a computer. Then make sure that iTunes is open.
    2. While your device is connected, press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons until you see the Connect to iTunes screen. 
    3. When asked, choose Update.
    4. Once the restore is done, finish the onscreen steps to set up your device.

    If you already resolved this issue by restoring your device 

    If you had this issue before iOS 9.0.1 was available and you’ve already set up your device as new, use these steps to restore from your previous backup:

    1. Update your device to iOS 9.0.1.
    2. Go to Settings > General > Reset > Erase all Content and Settings. This will delete any content that's currently on your device.
    3. Then set up your device.
    4. When asked to restore from a backup, select either iCloud or iTunes and follow the steps to restore from your previous backup.
