iOS 9 my Paypal app turned into Chinese version

After updating to iOS 9 and updating all the apps on my iPhone 6 a few days ago, I found my Paypal app becomes a Chinese version app. My main language is set to English in Settings, and all my other apps remain English, but everything in Paypal is now in Chinese, menu, messages, everything. I tried deleting the app and re-downloading it from AppStore, but that did not solve the problem. I tried Googling for answer, but didn't find anything relevant. Now what?

This worked for me and fixed it! I freaked out at first. Hope this helps.

Go to Settings -> General -> Language & Region -> Edit (up in the top right) -> then delete other languages from the Preferred Language list.
