Q: issue with ios9 slide to upgrade

Hi, I have an issue with ios9 slide to upgrade. i have set up my pc to back up and the PC recognises my phone showing info bar at the bottom etc, but says it cant back up as not been set up! Can anyone suggest what to do?

    Howdy Stones73,

     

     

    I understand that you're stuck at the "Slide to Upgrade" screen on your iPhone. Fortunately iOS 9.0.1 was released today, and addresses the issue, as detailed below.

    You’ll need to update to iOS 9.0.1:

    1. Connect your iOS device to a computer. Then make sure that iTunes is open.
    2. While your device is connected, press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons until you see the Connect to iTunes screen. 
    3. When asked, choose Update.
    4. Once the restore is done, finish the onscreen steps to set up your device.
