how do I remotely sign out of my apple id on another device
How do i log into my icloud or apple ID and sign out of an account I signed in on someone else's Ipad and they won't log me out?

You can only log out directly on the device, you can't do it remotely. If you haven't already done so then change your account's password e.g. by tapping on it in Settings > iTunes & App Store on your iPad and tapping 'view apple id' on the popup, via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes, or via http://appleid.apple.com
