Sep 28, 2015 9:40 AM in response to Edward Hargreavesby mojojojo013,I was not able to connect my IPad to Itunes to click restore or the upgrade button because my IPad had not been connected to my computer before. Now when I connect, it tells me, "To allow access, please respond on IPad". The trouble is is that my IPad is still stuck on the slide to upgrade screen so I can not respond on it.
