i forgot my apple id email and security question...how to change it?

i have updated my phone version and now restoring the phone..but the activation of the phone is a probem for me,i forgot my Apple ID and Security question..What am i suppose to do..

iPhone 4S, iOS 9

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions. To do this, clickhereand pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submitthis form.

well you have to ask them to reset everything so go on this website Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security - Apple Support
