I just bought an iPad mini 4 today and I can't figure out how to access the camera?! There is no Camera app......only Camera Plus. But when I open it, the screen is black except for the app's settings, etc. No viewfinder. What am I doing wrong?

Thank you for the reply but there is NO Camera app on this iPad! mini 4 I have owned other iPads so I'm familiar with what should be there, lol. Do you know how I can fix this? Is it a software (iOS ) issue or hardware?
Check Settings > General > Restrictions
It sounds as if your camera is restricted, in which case you would not see it.
