Macintosh HD Secure Erase failed

The startup drive is failing, or there is some other internal hardware fault.
Make a "Genius" appointment at an Apple Store, or go to another authorized service provider.
I have a contact with the apple staff online. They told me this is because the feature of SSD doesn't need to do secure erase. Here is a reference.
