Q: Apple Watch

My Apple Watch has locked up, I reset the watch and it does not help, how can I erase all data on the watch and start afresh

MacBook Air (11-inch Mid 2012), iOS 6.1.4

Try force restarting your watch: Press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for around 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

 

If that does not help, please explain the status of your watch in more detail (eg what you mean by "locked up", what message - if any - is displayed, etc).
