Q: Stop same incoming calls in both devices
Dear All,
My husband and I use the same Apple ID and Cloud Account.
Since the iOS 8.0 - we are having the same incoming call on both devices.
It's not active calls, both devices are not ringing same time, but can see each other calls in our list of calls.
I did 2 things :
1) setting - face time - iPhone cellular calls - Disable the function. (and since the iOS 9.0 - setting - phone - calls on other devices - off.
2) Disable the Handoff feature.
But still - no luck.
Could you please advise what need to be done ?
I read it is recoomanded to have one Apple ID to each device -
if I will open a new Apple ID account to my husband - can we still use the same Cloud Account ?

As you have noted, there are settings that stop both devices from ringing. However, the only thing you can do to stop the calls appearing on both call lists is to use separate Apple IDs. There are a lot of good reasons for doing that and Apple Family Sharing will still allow you to share purchases and some other things. More information on Family Sharing:
