Earlier, if I wanted to see any of my older photos on my iPad, I would just tap on it and straightaway I could see it. Now for the past few months, if want to perform the same activity, I tap on the photo and it first downloads it from iCloud library. I don't want this. I just want to see the photo instantly and not rely on Internet to get the photo downloaded first. I have purchased 50gb additional space on iCloud also. But still getting same problem. How do I get rid of this problem??? I have the latest iOS 9 installed. Mine is a 32gb wifi only iPad mini.
