Q: Apple Pay Not Working

I have a 16 GB 6plus running iOS 9.0. When I try to use Apple Pay (through the Wallet app and through the Starbucks app) I get an exclamation point and a message that says "Touch ID or Passcode Required to Pay". I do not get a vibration and a message to try again. It accepts my fingerprint... just doesn't work.

I have Apple Pay enabled under the Touch ID and Passcode settings. Any suggestions on getting this to work?

(This may not affect things, but I do have restrictions set up on this phone. I know sometimes a "Behind-the-scenes" site will get blocked causing something to not work)

Here is what I found that worked. I had 5 cards already enrolled and they were working. Simething happened and one of my cards would not work. I was troubleshooting the issue and found that you did not even need to be near a reader to test it. You could double-tap the home button and select each card and do the Touch ID. All of the cards except the one said Hold Near Reader to Pay. The one problem card would show the error. I simply removed the card, waited about an hour, and then added the card back in. After the confirmation I tested and received the Hold Near Reader to Pay message.  Problem was gone and I used it the next morning without a problem.

    Hope this helps someone else.
