Student downloads disappear...
Student downloads disappear after successfully downloading. Some students have to download 2-3 times before the download will stick. Anyone else having this issue?
iPad Air, iOS 8.4
We have 2 iTunes U courses that students are assigned to watch video's for homework. The past 2-3 weeks 25% of the students get a black screen at home after they download the video in school. It has been suggested to watch 10-15 seconds after download to reduce the issue by 90%. Teachers and students are still being frustrated by the issue. Have you found a work around? We are looking at putting the videos into Moodle and students get it from there. So far that looks promising. J
