iCloud storage cannot be viewed from PC

I'm having major issues with iCloud backups since I upgraded my iPhone and iPad to iOS 9. I was hoping I could go into the storage from the Windows iCloud application and delete the old backups to create new ones but I can't get the storage to load. It tells me how much is in use and what is stored but when I click the storage button I get this...

I've tried reinstalling the application but that did not help. I'm running Windows 10. Any help would be appreciated. I've not been able to backup up my devices to iCloud since Sunday afternoon.

Exactly the same and when I maximized that error window, there's a pop up window said --> "Couldn't load storage details" and then "Try again" pressed that "Try again" but nothing happened at all...!?

I'm having the exact same problem since upgrading my iPhone 6 to iOS 9. I can no longer backup to icloud even though I have more than enough space, and trying to delete previous backups with the iCloud windows application results in the same error lightsyder is seeing.

I have the same problem on my Windows 10 PC. The older Vista PC still works great and shows the storage details without issues. I think this might be related to Windows 10 not being supported. It might be trying to use the new Windows 10 Microsoft Edge as the browser to display the Storage Window. Note: iPhone 5 running IOS 9.0.2

Nope -- This is NOT unique to Windows10. I have the exact same problem on two Windows7 machines, and there are posts on the forum about the same problem with Windows8.

I'm also having the same problem - Windows 7, uninstalled and reinstalled iCloud and no change. I'm looking to buy more storage but I won't if I can't get this fixed!

Just installed iCloud version 5, just released by Apple. That solved this problem for me, and the storage dialog displays correctly again. (Running Windows7 here.)
