upgraded ipad to 9.0 and now stuck on 'slide to upgrade' screen. Have tried to restore ipad from iTunes but won't let me as 'find my iPad' is switched on. i have deleted it from my iCloud account on my iMac but still showing same message of needing to turn 'find my iPad' off on iPad before i can restore. How can i do this please? driving me crazy. thanks.

See If the Slide to Upgrade screen won't go away after you update to iOS 9 - Apple Support.
If that does not work, see If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support (this will also help you get around the "Find my iPad" prompt; you'll still need to deal with it after the restore).
Thanks for prompt reply stevejobsfan0123....how do i upgrade to iOS 9 - Apple Support....imac is not giving me this option in iTunes. When i click check for update it says it is version 9.0 which is current version. many thank again : )

hi - thanks again : ) ..so what I've done now is wipe the whole iPad and it took me through the whole set up of a new iPad and i restored it to iTunes back up but then it brought me back to the white screen that says 'slide to upgrade'....so I've gone in a big circle...any further advice? many thanks again
Try again, this time try restoring as a new iPad, as opposed to restoring from a backup.
hello, new to this. I upgraded my ipad (3) to iOS9 yesterday. since then its frozen on 'slide to upgrade'. I've found lots of suggestions online, inc apples, but none work. have done many forced restarts, but to no avail. My problem is I have never synced my ipad to a PC or is it to itunes?I'm not sure..
so now when i connect it to itunes it then prompts me to allow access respond on your ipad, which i cant do as it is frozen.
Any help would be gratefully accepted.
