ios 9 stuck on slide to upgrade, removed from find my iphone

I've been stuck on the ios9 upgrade on my 16gb iPhone 5 which was previously running on ios7. I tried to restore it but was prompted with needing to turn off find my iPhone off, so I removed the device from my icloud on find my iPhone- a mistake I regret making as it still prompting me to turn of icloud if I try and restore. I cant afford a new phone yet or to go without my phone, is there anyway I can solve this problem? If not would the Apple staff at the store be able to help me in any way?

If the Slide to Upgrade screen won't go away after you update to iOS 9 - Apple Support

If this doesn't help, try the steps below.

Try to reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on this device.

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button
Press and hold on the Home button
Keep holding both buttons until the display turns off and back on with Apple logo on it.

Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings

As a final step, try the DFU mode. Note that this will erase all the data from your device.

Connect your device to your computer using a USB cable.
Turn off the device.
Press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds
Press the Home button while holding the Power button and hold both for 10 seconds.
Release the Power button, but KEEP HOLDING the Home button.
After about 15 seconds, iTunes will tell you it has detected a device in Recovery Mode.
Restore your device
