Q: Accessing uploaded CD music content on another computer in iTunes
I uploaded CDs to our home computer's iTunes library (Windows), but can't access the music from the CDs on another Windows computer (signed in to same Apple ID). I saw that the computers need to be on the same "network" to share music this way. Any advice on how to do this?

Unfortunately home sharing only works on the same network.
You can use either Apple Music or iTunes Match, to upload all your music from your home computer to Apple Servers, and have it available to any other authorized device.
Add music from your own collection to your Apple Music library - Apple Support
http://www.apple.com/itunes/itunes-match/
Subscribe to iTunes Match - Apple Support
Both of them are paid subscription services though.
Yet another alternative, is to copy your iTunes Library to an external drive you can take to work, and plug it into your work computer. Then point iTunes on your work computer to the iTunes library file on the external drive.
