Since I have downloaded the latest version of iphoto, I am no longer able to drag and drop pictures from iphoto to Adobe Photoshop CC. Can anyone tell me how to resolve this problem? more

Sep 23, 2015 11:14 AM in response to applegoonby Terence Devlin,I'll guess you're referring to Photos.app as there hasn't been a new version of iPhoto. You can export using the File -> Export command. BTW that was never the way to use Photoshop with iPhoto...
You can set Photoshop (or any image editor) as an external editor in iPhoto. (Preferences -> General -> Edit Photo: Choose from the Drop Down Menu.) This way, when you double click a pic to edit in iPhoto it will open automatically in Photoshop or your Image Editor, and when you save it it's sent back to iPhoto automatically. This is the only way that edits made in another application will be displayed in iPhoto.

Now you have to export the file, either file->export->export unmodified original to get the original image, or file->export->export X photo if you want to save edits you made in photos.
