Mail from one sender incorrectly marked as junk

Every email I get from one particularly sender (my mum) is incorrectly marked as junk. I've tried everything I can think of but it doesn't seem to be learning. So every message I get from her is greyed out until I click the 'not junk' button in either the menu bar or the email itself. Mail doesn't seem to be learning. The messages remain in my inbox but are greyed out with the little image of the trash can next to them.

Here's what I've tried so far

-Firstly, the mail is NOT marked as junk in my email provider (Yahoo)

-I don't have any 'rules' in Mail

-The sender is in my Contacts and is also a VIP. Like I said, it's my mum!

I've turned junk settings on/off and also reset the junk settings.

This is happening on my Mac mini and my Macbook Pro. I'm running Yosemite 10.10.5 and Mail 8.2.

I'd really appreciate any suggestions as it's really annoying.

Select a message, then use the View menu and select Raw Source from the Message submenu.

Look at the header information and see if you see something like X-Spam.

If that exists, then some server in the chain is marking it with that header. With Trust Junk Mail headers set in the Junk preferences in Mail, it will move any email marked like that to the Junk folder.
