Q: IOS 9 update has frozen my ipad on >slide to upgrade screen - help

I have tried to run the IOS 9 upgrade on my Ipad mini but it has frozen on the "slide to upgrade" screen.

I've tried to attach it to a laptop with ITunes back up but it won't allow a forced restore as I have "Find my Ipad" installed and switched on on it,

Not sure where to here - so please HELP>>>>>>>>
