Heart Rate sensor is not working as it should

Updated the watch to OS2. In the morning, the green led sensor turned on eveytime I connected it to the charger. So I ended up turning of the heart rate monitor in the watch settings. Later I decided to activate it to measure my heart rate. I activated the glance and it seemed like it was measuring. But nothing appeared, only a restart symbol in the glance. Everytime I pressed the heart, it attempted to measure the heart rate, but it failed everytime. Also, the green led now never turned on.

However, when resting, it sends info about the heart rate to the health app. So I removed the watch to see what the **** it is measuring, and oh surprise, the watch keeps measuring heart rate from god knows where.

ANybody experiencing issues with the sensor?

Apple Watch, watchOS 2
