I installed ios9 yesterday morning, but the phone keep rebooting. It appears apple logo all the time, sometimes got blue screen. I tried to reset but it doesn't work. I can't do anything. I don't want to restore because many important data is in my iphone. How to fix this? Please help

I'm seeing this issue as well and it appears to be related to the mail app. I notice if I delete several messages (either with a swipe or with the msg open) the device freezes for about 10-15 seconds, the screen goes black, then the Apple logo appears. After another 10-15 seconds, the logon screen appears. I have an iPhone 5 w/32GB and 3GB free. I downloaded 9.0.1 recently and it seems to have no impact on the problem. My mail connects to Gmail and my company's Exchange Server. The problem happens on both.
