Q: unable to slide after upgrading to ios9
Hello, I am using Iphone 5s, and tried to upgrade from IOS7 to IOS9, once it was done now I am not able to Slide Through, tried switching off and on several times, tried connecting to my computer to see itunes option which doesnt appear at all. Please help.

There is now an iOS 9.0.1 release that is supposed to deal with that: If your iOS 9 device is stuck on Slide to Upgrade - Apple Support
