How do I download iTunes movies to an external hard drive

I Wish to upload movies from iTunes without conect to a computer to an external hard drive, but I'm not

iPad Air, iOS 9, Can u use it without a Mac or PC

Sadly you can't. But if you could it wouldn't work anyway because the movies are copy protected.

Really that's unfortunate to hear that, it be nice if Apple had a portable storage with Wi-Fi connectivity similar to the time capsule but kind of like the "WD My Passport Wireless" or the "Seagate Wireless Plus". That would allow Itunes movies to be stored.
