Q: iCloud locked & cannot reset because Apple ID
This question pertains to a different account.
My girlfriend tried to log into her iCloud to many times. The caps lock was on and she locked herself out of the account. When attempting to login with the correct password red block letters under the login says "Your Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons. To enable your account, reset your password at iforgot.apple.com. Once on the previously mentioned page we chose the enter "Enter your Apple ID" option. Upon doing so and clicking next it takes us to a webpage on Apples site that says "The page you are looking for cannot be found".
WheN attempting to recover the Apple ID iit says it cannot be found based on the information given.
We're not sure if it's because the Apple ID is a @icloud.com domain.
