cableone email problems
CableOne in my area "upgraded" their email system a couple of weeks ago and since then I have not been able to get any email into my inbox. I've been on the phone with them three times now and they can't fix it. They say it's a Mac issue and I should call Apple for help. I think that's BS. Email was working fine until their "upgrade." Anyone else having this problem with CableOne? Any suggestions?
Might not be that big of a deal, I could always use other email providers, gmail, yahoo, etc. In fact I do have a Gmail account and that works just fine on the same computer. It's only my CableOne email address that is not working.
I can log in to the CableOne website and read my email there, but that's not the point.
