No 'customize' button under photo watch face

Using latest iOS 9 on my iPhone and watch os2 on my watch. I would like to select a photo for a watch face, but the 'customize' button doesn't appear under that selection (see photo 1).

Furthermore, even though it shows the last photo taken, when I select that face, all I get is a blank screen (see photo 2).

I have:

Paired and unpaired my watch from my phone.

I have turned watch (and phone) off and on.

I have reset the watch and restored from backup.

I have rest the watch and set it up as a new watch.

None of these have helped thus far.

Hi Hovisa

Try deleting the existing Photo watch face and adding a new one:

- With the screen awake, press firmly on the watch face, swipe left / right to the Photo watch face, then swipe up on the preview to delete it.

- To add a new one, swipe left / right and tap on the New button (+), then tap Photo. Or open the Photos app on your watch, press firmly on your preferred photo, then tap on Create Watch Face.
