Q: I think someone is trying to access my account.

I received "reset password" emails for 4 days now and I didn't initiate any password reset in years. And now I received emails and text like this " Please provide this verification code to your AppleCare adviser" I'm not in contact with any AppleCare adviser as of now. What should I do? I already made an appointment to speak to apple support, but I am very scare.
