just updated to iOS 9. Observed that even when I have cookies denied to all sites in safari settings, Facebook & bizpedia cookies automatically return immediately after deleting. Why is that? I don't even have an account with either one, and I certainly don't want their cookies tracking me.

I figured out how to kill the tracker. You need to go to Safari options and scroll to the bottom under advanced. Click website data and then select delete all. If you notice, the next time you log in that the facebook.com tracker/cookie is still active. If you click the edit botton at the top right of the screen, it will allow you to select the facebook.com tracker and delete is specifically.
Reboot your device (Hold down the sleep/wake button and and home button for ten seconds).
1. Go to Settings
2. Scroll down and click on Safari part
3. Press 'Clear History & Website Data'
4. At the bottom press 'Advanced'
5. Press Website Data
6. Press 'Removal All' or indivually delete the ones that you want to be deleted.
Thanks for the prompt response! I performed those actions with unsuccessful results before posting the question. However after a second reboot attempt it appears the issue is solved. I guess it was a hung app or something. Thanks again for the help.
I Have this same issue. Facebook.net and Facrook.com keeps reappearing under my Safari website data no matter how many times I manually remove. Since I bought this iPhone new I never wenr to any Facebook page nor logged on to any Facebook account. I do not have Facebook or Instagram
emabled on this iPhone either. Why do these cookies keep popping up and how does one get rid of them permanently?
I Had noticed that there is a Facebook option under Safari where that Clipboard is on which automatically had turned on Facebook by its self. I had turned it off
and still keep getting Facebook cookies 😠👿
Why doesn't anyone seem to give a hoot that Facebook is tracking everyone, without the ability to stop them, whether they're a user or not?
