i make some still images move by changing its position on different keyframes.
the images turn out to be unstable during playback and the exported video has the same result.
it seems some frames just dropped and the images won't go smoothly.
how should i do to work it out?
Final Cut Pro X, OS X Mavericks (10.9.5)

What type of still are they, specs?
What are the Project settings?
Where are the stills stored?

project setting as followed format:1080p, resolution:1920x1080, rate:29.97p, render format: prores 422
all files stored in my external HDD

I am not sure if that has anything to do it or not, but one common problem when keyframing position is that by default the keyframes are set as "smooth", while often people want them to be "linear". To change this, move the playhead to the keyframe and control-click the anchor point in the viewer:

My point was that you might NOT want it set to smooth - particularly if you have two identical keyframes to keep the image steady for a while, it will wobble before it starts moving again.
The added effects could possibly affect playback from the timeline, but not after you export.
Could you post a few screenshots, and post a short output movie somewhere so we can see exactly what is happening?
Also – what were your export settings? If you open the exported video in QuickTime what does the inspector report?
Could you upload a section of your video and post a link to it so we could see first hand what you're describing?

I'm not sure if they drop frames... these videos appear shaky..
btw, i just tried both 'smooth' and 'linear' mode, still not working out.

Do do you get smoother playback on your computer before you upload?
no they look the same shaky no matter on fcpx, quicktime, or youtube
