Sep 24, 2015 3:36 AMby rachelmschrader,The first link I have done everything there. The second link where is have to repudiate I have not Been able to try yet do to my house not having wifi. I will try that when it's daylight and I can go to Starbucks or somewhere. If that does not work I have made an appointment for the Genius Bar tomorrow so we will see what happens. Thanks for the reply!

Sep 24, 2015 12:57 PMby rachelmschrader,Thank you soon much for you help! First thing I did when I got up is went to starbucks and tried the second link. Did not work at first but then I tried it again after downloading the newest 9.01 update to my computer and it started to work then it seemed like it would not but then i saw the HELLO screen and now my phone is great and back to normal! I was able to get it back with my last backup wich was a week ago too so happy!
