publish to itunes

Im looking for some help on how to publish audio books to iTunes. I'm struggling with help direct from apple on this, I'm not sure they understand my query!

I have a client who works in the therapy/hypnosis sector. She wishes to sell her audio books through iTunes. We are currently creating a website whereby we wish to sell these clips and it makes sense to purchase direct from iTunes. Can anyone tell me if this is possible and if so how its done? Neither my client or myself are publishers, were just trying to get my clients audio out to the public in the most efficient manner.
