the ios9 update has crashed my phone once already. i am now frozen out of my phgone and csnnot even turn it off. apple supprt wants a serial nbr but i cant get into it???? smh.... i think im really stuck again arent I ???
Ios9 app *****!!!! My phone crashed once already and I had to pay to restore to "factory settings" which SURPRISE.... IS ios9. My phone is frozen on the "lock screen" with half of the notifications screen pulled down (which I did not pull down). I can not "slide to unlock". I cannot power off.
The screen is not responding to my touch!!!!!
