IBooks remembers the wrong page

Since I upgraded to iOS 9, I'm finding that when I return run to a book I'm reading, it opens several pages before the one I was on when I switched to another app.

Is anyone else finding this happening?

Still happening, even under iOS 9.0.1. Sometimes it opens to the right page, other times it can open a dozen or more pages earlier than the one I was on. So far, it's never opened at a later page.

I'm wondering if it's got something to do with the fact that I've selected a large font - perhaps this puts its calculations out when it's working out which page to open. At least, I think I have. I've no idea how to tell what the default font size is.

Still happening with iOS 9.0.2, although now the problem seems to be mostly that loses the page and is on page one when I open that book again. I've resorted to adding a bookmark before I close the book, just in case.

i'm seeing the same thing....I'm 3/4 thru an iBook, and 3 times now I've opened the book, only to find I'm at page one.

(Running an iPad with all software up to date).

same issue here except mine always opens on page 1, can be a hassle when you're a few thousand pages in 😐

Both my wife and I are having similar issues... Reading halfway through a book and it continually opens to page 1. To avoid this we have to bookmark constantly in order to find last page read. Only starts happening in latest versions of iBooks.

Alas, I can just add my voice to this. I now have to remember to bookmark my current page, then use bookmarks to get back to it. Silly workaround.
