Prior to iOS 9, I could download ePub files from Safari by touching the ePub download link. Then Safari would ask me if I wanted to open in iBooks or another app. I could open the download in iBooks or my Kindle app. After iOS 9, I get nothing at all after touching the link. The status bar starts to run, but then quickly stops. Can anyone help?

I Did the second update from IOS 9 then went settings, general, reset, reset all settings. It worked For me.

I Can download epubs on my Ipad via Chrome. It is some issue with Safari and epubs? Chrome works fine for me.
