Q: iPhone 6 is staticky and people can hardly hear me after iOS 9 update. The 9.01 update did not help. Any ideas?

after updating to iOS 9 my iPhone 6 is all staticky when I'm talking to people. They can barely hear me as well. I have to talk really loud. I have restarted the phone a couple of times. I'm not sure where to go from here. The phone has worked fine until now. Does anyone have any ideas or have seen this before?
