Can I reverse the cursor? I am left-handed, and I prefer to have the arrow point to the right. Is it possible?

Yes, goto System Preferences Mouse or Trackpad (depending on which you have) and set your settings for left hand operation
I do not see that setting.
I have the Magic Trackpad. Here are its three preference windows:
I do not see any setting on these three pages for the cursor.
There is nothing in Mouse either.
Mobile Blues can you verify you have this setting somewhere? I wouldn't be surprised it's somewhere but I'm not finding it.

You can change the click to be on the right or left side of the track pad.
Secondary click: Select the option, then choose “Click with two fingers,” “Click in bottom right corner,” or “Click in bottom left corner” to secondary (or Control) click items on your screen.
However, other than the size of the pointer arrow, to my knowledge you can't change the pointing direction of the arrow.
