Update via the update tab in the mac App Store app...

If the update is not there then either...

    1) You are not signed into the Mac App Store under the same Apple ID you bought Logic Pro X under... (Sign out and sign in again under the Mac App Store app menu option Store.. using the correct Apple ID)

    2) You have renamed the app in applications to something else other than Logic Pro X (rename it back to it's original name and restart your Mac)

    3) You have moved the Logic Pro X app out of the main Applications folder... (Move it back and restart your Mac)

Failing all of the above.. simply delete the LPX app from your Applications folder.. empty trash.. and then go to the Purchase tab in the Mac App Store...  and you will Logic Pro X listed there ready to download and install again. This time it will install the latest version automatically.

If it is not listed under the purchase tab then again, you are not signed in with the correct Apple ID.
