i am on a mac OS X Yosemite version 10.10.5
I have tried to enter an extra sales tax in a new invoice template i am creating , and when i enter the second tax % it does not calculate right.
can someone give me some help ?..

Can you give more specifics?
In your menu File > New and picking Invoice from the Business section of the template chooser gives you a good start.

Yes i did start a new file ( invoice ) in the business section and picked invoice that i created and looks amazing.
It calculates 1 tax of 5 % that i entered at the bottom , but when i enter another sales tax ex: 9.975 % it does not sum the percentage correctly ?

Maybe you need to make sure the formula is correct for the new tax you added:
I added a new after the row with Tax ( I renamed "Tax" to "Tax1") then I added "Tax2"
D8=D6×C8
this is shorthand for.... select cell D8 and type (or copy and paste from here):
=D6×C8
