Turn off traffic updates

I have an iPhone 5c, and I am having a problem I cannot seem to fix. Periodically I get updates from my maps that include traffic updates (see screenshot below), and I cannot shut it off. I have looked in the settings to see if I could fix this, but nothing seems to work. I have not entered in my home address into my phone, so I do not know why I am getting these updates. I do not know what is causing this, and I want it to stop.

Any help I can get will greatly be appreciated.
