i updated to ios9 and lost Safari function (when i enable it and go back to settings it automatically turns Safari back off) was told to do a new instead of a restore. that fixed it but then ios9.0.1 came out with a fix to that but after 9.0.1 it stil doesnt stay on. any suggestions on a fix to this? no new apps just the updates made this happen.
iPhone 5s, iOS 9.0.1, worked fine before ios 9 update.
