for iTunes, it fairly straightforward - See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - Apple Support
on that page at the bottom is a link to Mac App Store - Mac App Store: Buy, download, and install apps - that has a section at the bottom - "View and reinstall purchased apps"
At the bottom of THIS page is More Like This section which has a couple of similar titles, but alas, no help with "PRODUCTS", just the above.

Wasn't about a problem with my purchase (neither the status of the order) was only a question about when the charge was going to appear in my credit card. And I was searching an customer support email for contacting there..
