On my iPhone Pandora & Snapchat aps r on the screen but will no open. Have turned phone on and off and still doesn't work. I have 3.2 GB available and 26.7 gb capacity version 8.3

Close the app and open it again.

Install another app from the App Store
Try installing a different app that you don't have on your device. Find a free app from the App Store, and remember to use the same Apple ID that you used to download the app that you're having issues with.
