Q: Upgrde to IOS9 problem with Contacts

Just updated iPhone 5s to iOS9, Suddenly all the contacts from my Facebook account and my PC Address Book(!)  are on my iPhone. In the older iOS there was an option in Setting to select or not select certain address books, which was used the last time this happened to get rid of the PC addresses.  But I cannot find that option in iOS9. How do I revert to just the contacts I originally had in my iPhone before the update?.

iPhone 5s, iOS 9

    Hello there, oldgrad68.

    It sounds like your Facebook contacts are syncing with your iPhone and you would like to stop it from doing so. The following Knowledge Base article offers up some great information on where to locate that feature and adjust functionality:

    Use Facebook, Twitter, and other social networks with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

    Add your accounts

    On your iOS device, go to Settings and tap the icon for the social network you want to add. If you have it installed, just sign in. Or you’ll need to install the app, then sign in.

    You'll see Sina Weibo and Tencent Weibo after you turn on a Chinese-language keyboard in Settings > General > Keyboards.

    {...}

    Update contacts

    You can update your contacts with Facebook, Twitter, and Sina Weibo information and photos.

    Go to Settings, tap the social media app you want to update, then tap Update All Contacts. iOS matches your contacts using email addresses, and updates contact cards with user names and photos.

    Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities.

    Cheers.
