iPhone 5S iOS 9 upgrade

Hi,

My Daughter tried upgrading from iOS 7 to iOS 9 and now we get a white screen with "Slide to Upgrade", however, the screen won't let us swipe and theres nothing more we can do.

Tried the home button pressed & switching off, but same problem...

Anyone have any ideas?
