Q: my iPhone 4 is stuck on the slide to upgrade after ios9 download and can't get it to change plus my mac isn't recognising the phone any more

my i phone is stuck on slide to upgrade after I downloaded new iOS 9. I have tried to reboot as sites advise but nothing is working and the phone isn't even recognised by my apple mac now.
