How do I unstall the beta iOS 9?

I installed the public beta version of iOS 9. Now that the "real" 9 is out, my iPad gives me a message to upgrade to 9 and tells me I still have the beta. But when I connect with iTunes, and select "check for updates" it states I have the latest version. ON the iPad itself, it wants me to install the public beta version 9.2. Not sure what I should do, I even tried to do a restore, and it tells me there is a problem downloading the software, so it won't even do that. do not want to have to reset it all the way back to factory from the iPad.

You cannot discuss the beta program in a public forum. Go back to the website where you registered for the public beta for additional information, but you can check this one support document to see if it helps. About iOS beta software - Apple Support

The link above should work perfectly for you. I would also add that if you are unsure of how to support your device on something like this, it probably isn't the best idea for you to be installing beta software.
