im running windows 10, and my iphone 6 is running 9.0.1 and my itunes 12.3 will not connect my iphone 6 but it connects fine to the pc.

I have the same problem with iPhone5c and iPad. Is there anybody out there which have a solution??????

I think I'm having the same/similar problem.

My iPhone shows up on iTunes when I plug it in. But it does not sync. Sometimes the sync button is greyed out.

My pictures download from phone to PC ok.

What exactly happens when you plug in your phone to PC?

when upgrading to windows 10 the driver got messed up

scroll down to

"If the Apple Mobile Device USB Driver is not listed"

and follow the windows 7/8 guide it worked for me
