Q: Updated iPad to iOS 9, worked fine, now the update bar is stuck on the screen and I can't get rid of it!
I updated my iPad to iOS 9 on Wednesday night. It was successful, and the iPad worked fine. The next morning I went to use it (yesterday) only to find that the screen was stuck on the updating bar and has been for the last 24 hours. The bar has filled about 1/3 of the way and hasn't progressed any longer. I tried force restarting it (holding both buttons in for 20 seconds) and it told me to connect it to iTunes, which I did. I tried this several times and it said either I needed to respond on the iPad (which I can't because it's stuck on progress bar) or it said I needed to update/restore. I then downloaded the update via my computer but by the time it had downloaded the iPad had gone back to the progress bar. Any other suggestions? I need the iPad but I cannot find anywhere online how to fix it. Thank you!
