after ios 9 update phone dial pad not working

Hi

I'm having an iPhone 5. After ios 9 update, my phone dial pad stopped working. When i press phone, "all" call log is showing empty. I cannot move in to favorites, contacts, keypads and voice mail. even cant move from all listing to missed call listing. when I got a missed call, there is no any missed call notification on my screen. at the same time i can't go in to "Phone" in settings too. it looks like struck the phone. Please help. find the attached images

My friend is having this same issue on an iPhone 5.

Me too. The same issue on an iPhone 5S and iOS 9.0.1. Update to 9.0.2 not fixed the problem. Now I'm using another app for phone dial 'color phone' 😠

Wow!! I follow this tips&trick: After Updating to IOS9 My Phone Got Hang If i Use Calling Function. I cant Swith between DialPad and Contacts.It's works 😁

Same problem with iOS 9. With 9.0.1 it was gone, but it has come back with 9.0.2.

Resolved by going to Settings > General > Reset > Reset all settings (you won't lose your data, just your settings like your background etc...).

I have same issue...

I had reset from settings,multiple times but again issue pops up.

I can't make any phone call.

I can do all other stuff like receiving call, message sent/receive and surfing.

Please give another solution.
